If you want to buy another company, independent business valuation is crucial. Both the buying and the selling parties have expectations about the future of the company. Both parties often also think differently about the risks of the company. 

Valuing companies is a profession. The Register Valuator (RV) is the specialist in this relatively new field. The RV is a financial expert specializing in the valuation of companies, also known as business valuation. To this end, an RV follows an intensive two-year postgraduate course and is then included in the register of the NiRV.
